Sydney Sumner is the third co-founder of Jewell Real Estate and represents what makes the brokerage genuinely different — three generations of one family, all in on the same business, all bringing something different to the table.

Sydney grew up in real estate. She's been around the dinner-table conversations about pricing strategy, the late-night listing prep, and the calls from clients-turned-friends for as long as she can remember. Today, she brings that lived experience together with a sharp eye for client experience, attention to detail, and the content work behind the Living in Knoxville channel.
