Moving to Knoxville? Start here.

Todd Jewell is the broker and co-founder of Jewell Real Estate and the host of the Living in Knoxville YouTube channel. After 12 years in banking and real estate investing, he moved into full-time real estate and has spent the last 20 years helping families buy and sell homes across East Tennessee, including high-end waterfront and resort properties. Todd makes the Living in Knoxville videos for one reason: to help people moving from out of state get a real feel for each area, the good and the bad, before they ever make the trip. When he's not filming or showing homes, you'll find him on the lake or at a Tennessee Volunteers game.

Sydney Sumner is a co-founder of Jewell Real Estate and hosts the Living in Knoxville channel alongside her dad, Todd. She grew up in real estate, around the pricing conversations, listing prep and client calls that go into every move, and today she handles much of the content behind the channel and the client experience for families relocating to Knoxville. Clients tend to remember Sydney for the small things: the well-timed follow-up, the question nobody else thought to ask, and the next step handled before they had to worry about it. She works with buyers across West Knoxville, Farragut and Hardin Valley.
