Todd Jewell

Todd Jewell is the broker, co-founder, and on-camera face of Jewell Real Estate. After 12 years in banking and real estate investing, he transitioned to full-time real estate and has spent the last 18 years helping clients buy and sell homes throughout East Tennessee — including extensive experience with high-end waterfront and resort properties.

A East Tennessee native, Todd founded Jewell Real Estate alongside his wife Buffy and daughter Sydney with one belief: buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a family makes, and it deserves an agent who actually treats it that way.

Todd hosts the Living in Knoxville YouTube channel with his daughter — Jewell Real Estate's relocation marketing platform that reaches buyers across the country before they ever pick up the phone. The channel has become the brokerage's signature differentiator and a meaningful pipeline for both buyers and sellers.

When he's not on camera or showing homes, Todd is on the lake, at a Tennessee Volunteers game, or building something new for the team.
